Title: CFTHLenS: Observing the Dark Universe

Abstract: I will give a general introduction of the Canada-France-Hawaii Telescope Lensing (CFHTLenS) survey optimised for weak lensing analyses, observed as part of the CFHT Legacy Survey (CFHTLS). The analysis of these data presents the current state-of-the-art in weak lensing data processing, including data reduction, shear measurement and photometric redshift measurement. The most recent cosmological results from CFHTLenS will be presented as the 2^nd part of my talk.
